Do I have to own a Royal Enfield motorcycle to register for Motoverse?
Owning a Royal Enfield is not a precursor to registering for Motoverse. Riders or non-riders, we welcome people from all walks of life to get a kaleidoscopic gateway into the vibrant culture of motorcycling with events, drinks, talks, films, get-togethers and an ambience that is unparalleled. However, to be a part and participate in the Motorcycling events you will require a Royal Enfield Motorcycle.

What is there for me if I am not a rider?
Not a rider? No problem. Motoverse is for everyone! Enjoy world-class music concerts, from emerging acts to famous headliners. Unleash your inner artist with hands-on custom workshops, or drool over breathtaking custom motorcycles. Beyond the bikes, our engaging team-building activities and fun games mean you’ll walk in ready for adventure and walk out with a host of new friends. Motoverse is an opportunity to connect, create, and celebrate in an atmosphere charged with camaraderie. Come discover your own adventure!

What are the kinds of motorcycling events I can expect at Motoverse?
Motoverse is gearing up to be an action-packed celebration of high-adrenaline motorcycling, featuring an incredible array of events designed for everyone from novice riders to seasoned pros. Whether you’re looking to upgrade your skills at our specialized training schools, experience the thrill of your first novice race, or compete in fierce championships, Motoverse has you covered. How can I register for the events/competitions/races that I want to take part in?
The registration for all the physical events, competitions and races will take place directly at the venue on the dates of the festival. Please note, we will send out prior intimation about the time place and slots for registration on your registered email IDs.

How will I get my tickets?
After successful registration, you’ll receive an email confirmation and a WhatsApp message from District containing your QR code. The QR code will remain blurred and unlock 5 hours before the event. On the event day, please visit the box office, show your QR code, and collect your entry band and welcome kit.

Is there a ticket limit?
There is no ticket limit, however the ticket prices will keep going up. Don’t wait, book yours now!

What does my registration cost cover?
Your registration for Motoverse is inclusive of access to the festival for all three days as well as a Welcome Kit, more about this later!

Is there a special window for Bulk/Club Registrations?
Yes, as part of our online registration process, you can either opt for single registration or for group registration, in which case upto 10 people can be registered in one go. (Please note, in the case of group registrations, filling the details of all the members in the group is mandatory, which includes phone numbers and exact T-Shirt sizing)

When will the itinerary for the festival be released?

What do I do if my payment has gone through but I still have not received my confirmation ID?
Write to us at events@district.in we shall have a look into it and get back to you at the earliest. Heads up please share the mail with the confirmation mail you had received attached to it and please don’t refresh/abort while the payment process is underway.

Can I use a single debit card/ credit card to make multiple payments for multiple registrations?
Yes, you can make multiple registrations with a single mode of payment. In addition to debit cards and credit cards, additionally we will also provide the option of making payment through multiple platforms like UPI Based, Mobile Wallets like Paytm, Amazon Pay etc, 3) Other Credit based payment modes like Lazypay etc. for example for a smoother process.

Is there an option of purchasing Motoverse Goodies when I register for the event online?
We have you covered! To ensure you have a great experience at the event, the online registration is already inclusive of the welcome kit, which will be distributed directly at the event. However, we are also working on an exclusive Motoverse collection for you! More details to follow soon.

Can I attend Motoverse if I have missed all the registration windows?
Yes, you can also register directly at the event through the On-Spot registration process. However, to avail the best deals we recommend you book through the online registration process beforehand!

Can I get my tickets cancelled at any point?
Sorry, once your tickets are booked, there is no option of cancelling them at any time. These rules are to protect the interests of our vendors and partners and to ensure they don’t suffer through losses, since the preparations are done keeping in mind the bookings. We would suggest you make time for Motoverse, it’s a decision you won’t regret!

In the case of group registrations, if some of the registered individuals cannot attend the festival, can we get other members to attend?
For safety and security reasons, we do not provide the option of transferring the ownership of the Motoverse ID, as the same is done after thorough due diligence as part of government regulations. But that doesn’t mean you miss out on the fun, you can still buy your entry to the festival by opting in for the On-Spot Registration process.

Can I register separately for just the Artist performance at Motoverse without registering for the whole event?
As part of the On-Spot registration process, we will open multiple booking windows which include single Day Pass, Concert Pass. However, these will have to be collected directly from the registration desk at the venue and will not be available for booking online. To avail the best deals we recommend you book through the online registration process beforehand!

Is my registration cost inclusive of accommodation?
While the cost does not include accommodation, we will surely be providing recommendations closer to date based on distance from the venue. Your registration for Motoverse is inclusive of access to the festival for all three days as well as a Welcome Kit.

Does the registration cost include any cover charges for food and beverages?
While the registration cost does not include any cover charges, rest assured we will have the best deals lined up for you to indulge in some great food as well as drinks! Do you accommodate people with special needs?

Is there a doctor/ambulance on standby at the event venue?
We’ve got you covered! We take our participants’ health very seriously and there would be multiple ambulances/paramedics on standby across the event venue to cater to/aid incase of any emergency.

Is this a seated show?
No, the event will be a walk-in festival experience.

Is the venue air-conditioned?
No, this is an open-air concert festival.

Do I need to be vaccinated to get into the venue?
In the best interest of fans and staff, we encourage everyone to follow COVID-19 protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of double vaccination status and/or providing proof if required.

Can I get goodies for my friend?
Your registration for Motoverse is inclusive of a Welcome Kit, to elevate your experience of the event. Everyone who registers for the event will automatically be eligible for the kit. Additionally, there will be a wide variety of Motoverse and Royal Enfield merchandise available for sale at the festival which can be taken back as souvenirs for families and friends!

Can I get a Welcome Kit for my friends/family ?
The Welcome Kit is exclusive to each individual registration and will be handed over at the event against your unique Motoverse ID. Every registered participant automatically receives one kit. However, a wide range of Motoverse and Royal Enfield merchandise will be available for purchase at the festival—perfect as souvenirs for friends and family.

My friend has not shown up, can I get an entry on his Motoverse ID?

Can I rent a motorcycle to participate in the competitions/ events/races at Motoverse?
Yes, you can use a rented motorcycle to take part in various events to be conducted at Motoverse. For the same you can reach out to the vast network of Royal Enfield tour operators at Goa.

Is Motoverse and Rider Mania the same?
Yes! Till 2019, the festival was called Rider Mania. After the Pandemic, we evolved into Motoverse to encompass the lifestyle around motorcycling. Rest assured, the festival has only become more fun, more thrilling with lots of activities for motorcyclists as well as music lovers.

Is it compulsory for me Ride to Motoverse?
It would certainly be a delight to see you riding to Motoverse! However, there is no compulsion for you to own or ride a Royal Enfield or Ride to Motoverse on one. We’d love to have you there to enjoy music, street culture, and so much more along with the rest of the community.

Can I transfer my ticket?
In-app transfer of tickets is allowed for this event.

Do I have to pay registration fees for my children as well if I am bringing them along?
Registration for children below the age of 13 years is not mandatory, however, for children aged between 14 to 18, separate registration is mandatory accompanied by an adult to access the festival

Do you accommodate people with special needs?
Definitely! Our team will be there to assist anyone who has special needs and ensure they get to enjoy the festival to the fullest. Please do reach out to us at District for further details.

Is there a doctor/ambulance on standby at the event venue?
Absolutely! The health of our community is of paramount importance and for the same, we would be providing multiple ambulances and paramedics on standby across the event venue to aid incase of any emergency.

Are handbags and backpacks allowed into the venue?
Regular-sized backpacks or small single compartment bags – like sling bags, handbags, tote bags, etc. are allowed. We request you to avoid carrying large backpacks with multiple compartments.

Is smoking allowed at the show?
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. We expect you to dispose off the cigarette waste/buds responsibly using the bins and pouches provided.

Motoverse has 5 Major zones to cater to all of Motorcycling and the lifestyle around it – Motoville, Motothrill, Motoshop, Motosonic and Motoreel.
